About The Position

This position performs repetitive line assembly to mass-produce automotive steering columns and/or sub-assemblies following written and/or verbal specifications. It is an hourly non-exempt position with a structured pay scale that starts at $17.46 per hour, increasing to $18.55 per hour after 30 days, $20.63 per hour after 6 months, and topping out at $22.48 per hour after 1 year. Additionally, there is a premium of $1.00 per hour for 2nd shift and $0.70 per hour for 3rd shift. The work environment is clean and climate-controlled, emphasizing safety and comfort for employees.
