About The Position
The position involves performing administrative job duties in an efficient, safe, and accurate manner while adhering to all company policies and procedures. The role requires providing problem-solving assistance to the department and maintaining controls necessary to ensure the accuracy of system data. The individual will be responsible for performing all tasks safely, efficiently, and accurately to enhance the performance of the entire division in the areas of Safety, Quality, Reliability (SQR), and the Customer 1st strategy. Additionally, the position demands providing leadership that embodies the 7 Kroger Manufacturing High Performance Work System principles and demonstrating the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
