The MF Field Partner will work closely with the Construction Project Manager and Project Superintendent to ensure that all testing and verification activities are scheduled and executed efficiently. This role is essential for maintaining the integrity of the construction process and ensuring compliance with various standards, including LEED, IECC, and NGBS. In this position, the MF Field Partner will attend initial meetings with the Project Superintendent to develop illustrative documents that detail which credits involve specific trades. They will also be responsible for collecting and managing a project team member directory, ensuring that all on-site personnel have current and accurate contact information. Conducting trades training with General Contractors and Trade Contractors is a key responsibility, which may involve collaboration with the Project Manager. On-site inspections and testing are integral to the role, requiring the MF Field Partner to collect necessary documentation from the Project Superintendent and Trade Contractors. This includes product information, detailed framing documents, and HVAC start-up documentation. The MF Field Partner will also follow up with product manufacturers to verify LEED compliance and monitor inspection results for accuracy and completeness. Additional responsibilities include tracking and organizing construction documentation and assisting with final certification calls for LEED and NGBS inspections. Overall, the MF Field Partner is vital in ensuring that construction projects meet program requirements and adhere to sustainability standards.
