You'll work to manage programs, overseeing finances, and handling parts logistics to ensure all metrology instruments function reliably while achieving consistent savings for the Metro leadership team.

Requirements

  • 1-3yrs year of experience in a related field
  • Experience in cost management, vendor negotiation and/or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work with various software systems and tools (BQMS, GEMS, NERP, SMDM, Zesati, CostBox).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT, etc).
  • Excellent communication and experience with presentations.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare weekly & monthly expenses and savings for updating Metro leadership team.
  • Align with Finance and Cost Innovation on the paths moving forward related cost saving strategy.
  • Daily Follow-up of Parts Request Page in Confluence (submit purchase requests, follow-up on purchase order number creation, follow-up on delivery date)
  • Follow-up with Parts Monitor to ensure sufficient parts for time-based PM.
  • Review CD inventory weekly and forecast any necessary plan usage to meet monthly target.
