About The Position

The Programmer will be responsible for creating automated inspection measurement routines per prints conform to all print requirements and our Quality Management System requirements. Shift: 1st Shift Monday - Friday

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience programming automated inspection equipment
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Excellent mechanical dexterity and hand and eye coordination
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher)
  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • Medical manufacturing experience
  • Experience working in a highly regulated industry (FDA, ISO)

Responsibilities

  • Create automated inspection programs and routines for various equipment
  • Edit automated programs
  • Maintain the file system for all revision-controlled programs
  • Assist employees with interpretation of reports to expediate needed CNC code corrections
  • Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T concepts
