About The Position

Q is a firearms manufacturer focused on innovation, quality, and doing things differently. We move fast, expect ownership, and don't tolerate mediocrity. If you like clean processes, tight tolerances, and solving real problems, you'll fit in here. The Metrology Engineer owns everything related to measurement at Q. This role is responsible for CMM programming, calibration systems, inspection strategy, and making sure our data is accurate and actionable. You will be the go-to expert for dimensional measurement. That means turning prints into measurement plans, ensuring our systems are dialed, and working directly with manufacturing and engineering to solve problems quickly and correctly. This is a hands-on, high-impact role. If measurement is off, everything is off.
