Requirements

  • Possess a current Pharmacist license in the state where employment is sought.
  • Graduate of a US School of Pharmacy or have passed a foreign equivalency exam.
  • Successfully passed the NAPLEX exam.
  • Ability to work at various locations.
  • Ability to travel independently.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience as a staff pharmacist.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and supplies.
  • Ability to interpret, fill/refill, label and bag prescription orders accurately.
  • Familiarity with third party billing and procedures.
  • Ability to stand for the entire shift and lift up to 25 lbs.

  • Assist with supervision and delegation of responsibilities to associates.
  • Help resolve conflicts and problems with customers and personnel.
  • Notify management of customer or employee accidents.
  • Report all pharmacy incidents or miss-fills to store management.
  • Report all safety risks or illegal activities.
