About The Position
The DM Workforce Development and Training Analyst intern will support the workforce development program for the digital modernization group at WMATA. This role involves developing individual learning plans, assessing skills gaps, maintaining certification dashboards, and creating training materials. The intern will gain hands-on experience in various transit industry functions while working closely with management and the workforce development team.
