The Metrics Analyst supports CTRMG’s communications programs by collecting and analyzing engagement data to evaluate digital outreach effectiveness. They develop dashboards, reports, and insights that assess communication strategies and recommend improvements to enhance audience engagement. The role requires experience in communications metrics and campaign evaluation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Data Analytics, Statistics, Public Relations, Marketing, or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years professional experience developing communications metrics and evaluating campaign effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze communications and engagement data.
• Develop dashboards and reports summarizing key performance indicators.
• Evaluate communications strategies and campaigns.
