As a Methods Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our production processes are efficient and effective. You will assist in analyzing feasibility according to optimal methods by assessing the costs, impacts, and risks of changes in production. This position requires you to draft necessary working and repair documents, analyze and estimate Program Change Requests (PCR), and evaluate equipment and workstation production capacity. You will also create task sequencing and capacity analysis, initiate production tool purchase orders, and assist Methods Planners with tool designs. Your contributions will directly impact the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing processes, making this a vital role within our organization.
