Key Responsibilities Support method development and transfer for molecular, biochemical, and cell‑based assays. Maintain accurate electronic records (ELN/NG9). Perform data analysis and present results clearly. Maintain cell cultures, prepare media, aliquot reagents, and manage inventory. Perform routine instrument maintenance, calibrations, and coordinate vendor visits. Maintain clean and compliant lab spaces, including biosafety cabinets and incubators. Assist with freezer/fridge inventory and reagent restocking. Contribute to data integrity and documentation for bioanalytical workflows. Automation experience (Hamilton, Assist Plus) a strong plus. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction. Qualifications Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, or related field. 2+ years of molecular biology or biochemistry experience (academic or industry). Proficiency in basic molecular biology/biochemistry and mammalian cell culture. Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills. Ability to work independently, multitask, and adapt in a fast‑paced environment. Preferred Skills Experience with bioassay development (cell-based assays, ELISA, SPR). Molecular biology techniques such as cloning, PCR, transfections, lentivirus production, and reporter assays. Biochemical assays (enzymatic assays, Western blot, FACS, qPCR/ddPCR). Experience with large molecules (antibodies, fusion proteins, peptides). Plate reader experience (absorbance/fluorescence/luminescence); familiarity with SoftMax Pro, BioTek systems. Additional Information Full-time, Monday–Friday (8 a.m.–5 p.m.); occasional weekends/OT based on business needs. Must be within commuting distance of Indianapolis, IN. Requirements
