Our Potential Opportunity INTECH Automation Intelligence is seeking a Metering Control System Specialist to join our dynamic Wellhead and Skids Solutions team. This role is pivotal in supporting Modular Skid Packages, Wellhead Control Panels, and Pressure Regulation Systems to enhance the safe and efficient operation of oil and gas systems. Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in custody metering control systems within the oil and gas sector.
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical , Instrumentation , Control Engineering , or a related discipline.
• Proven track record in design, integration, FAT, SAT, commissioning , and maintenance of: Custody transfer metering systems Multiphase flow meters Control and automation panels
• Strong understanding of Flow measurement principles (e.g., orifice, ultrasonic, Coriolis, turbine)
• Metering standards (AGA, API, ISO, OIML, etc.)
• DCS, PLC, SCADA systems integration
• RTUs, transmitters, flow computers (e.g., Emerson, Omni, ABB, Krohne, Honeywell)
• Ability to configure and troubleshoot flow computers and control logic
• Understanding of communication protocols : Modbus, OPC, Ethernet/IP, Profibus

Nice To Haves

• Postgraduate qualifications or certifications in flow measurement or control systems (optional but advantageous).

Responsibilities

• Design and commission metering control systems for fiscal and custody transfer flow measurement.
• Develop critical engineering deliverables such as: Functional Design Specification (FDS), Application Test Manual (ATM), System Architecture Diagrams, Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) documents, Site Acceptance Test (SAT) documents.
• Size and configure flow computers, batch controllers, PLCs, servers, and communication networks.
• Provide technical expertise on flow meters, field instrumentation, analyzers, and sampling systems.
• Ensure flow calculations and accuracy per API MPMS and AGA standards.
• Execute site commissioning and proving/calibration of flow meters using compact provers or master meters.
• Ensure alignment with Aramco, ADNOC, and other international metering standards.
• Deliver presentations and interface directly with clients during various stages of project execution.
• Support customer site activities including travel to UAE and other regions as required.
