The Meter Technical Specialist will act as a meter network resource, plan and implement network design, network device installations, and network performance monitoring / optimization. This role will prepare and configure network devices follow security and industry best practice, including firmware levels. This meter network resource assists in conversion of communication protocols as required. The day to day for this role will include: Contribute on meter network design, coordination Network deployment planning Connectivity and performance management and optimization Plan and contribute to network installation Network issue resolution coordination Network inventory planning and coordination Network upgrade / firmware planning, coordination, and execution (Note: Some job duties include field activities that are performed outdoors at various project sites.)
