Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must have a strong attendance record.
• Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Must be able to work hours outside of the regular shift.
• Mechanical aptitude preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct chemical analysis on powder and solid materials to ensure material meets customer requirements.
• Perform equipment set up and sample preparation.
• Perform analysis on a wide variety of materials where methods and techniques have been established with minor oversight.
• Maintain equipment per TPM requirements.
• Perform quality control inspections on various production processes.
• Organize, report and maintain records of analysis.
• Perform continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support the cell's continuous improvement and all CORE and EH&S initiatives, including wearing required personal protective equipment.
