About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Metal Technician for Bob Johnson Toyota Collision. In this position you will be asked to disassemble and discover all damages to damaged vehicles and complete the repairs needed to return the vehicle back to it's original condition. This will include straightening and repairing sheet metal, welding on new panels and components, using frame equipment, fixing plastic parts, and the reassembly of vehicles. You must be able to work well around others and be adaptable to our changing environment.

Requirements

• You must be able to disassemble, recognize and diagnose damages to collision vehicles as well as perform those repairs using OEM procedures.
• You must have knowledge of welding, with I-Car certifications being a big plus.
• You must be able to repair metal and plastic components on all makes and models of vehicles.
• You must have an up to date NYS drivers license.
