About The Position
The Metal Shop Foreman is responsible for overseeing the safe construction of metal items, including fixtures, chandeliers, copper lanterns, gates, and railings. This role involves reading and interpreting architectural drawings, conducting material take-offs for work order production, and generating bill of materials lists. The foreman will also manage material requisitions as needed.
