The position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in rigging, steel erection or metal building erection, and sheet metal/architectural panel work. The primary duties include supervising and installing metal roof and wall systems, rigging and scaffolding, conducting safety programs, and managing quality control, payroll, and safety reporting. The role also involves training and requires heavy travel across various states including AL, AR, FL, GA, KS, LA, MO, MS, NC, OK, SC, TN, and TX. A background check is mandatory for access to military bases.
