About The Position

RWE Design Build is growing, and we’re looking for a highly skilled carpenter who takes pride in precision metal framing and clean drywall finishes.
If you’re the kind of carpenter who doesn’t need babysitting, reads prints with confidence, and leaves behind work you’re proud to put your name on - we want to talk to you.
This is not an entry-level framing position. We’re looking for a true 4th Year-level carpenter who can run with tasks independently and deliver high-quality commercial results.

Requirements

• 4th Year Carpenter skill level (or equivalent experience)
• Strong commercial metal framing experience
• Proficient in drywall hanging and finishing
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license
• Hand tools
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds & work in various weather conditions
• Ability to read & interpret construction plans & blueprints
• Excellent teamwork & communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• OSHA 30 construction safety certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Frame commercial metal stud walls, ceilings, and soffits
• Perform layout from blueprints and field measurements
• Hang drywall accurately and efficiently
• Tape, mud, sand, and finish drywall (Level 4–5 finish)
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
