About The Position

Our products include ornamental railings, wall panels, column covers, grilles/louvers, canopies, structural glazing, stairs, custom metal sculptures, ornamental metalwork, etc. We serve the commercial, high-end residential, institutional and public facilities markets. The Metal Fabrication Supervisor will play a crucial role in ensuring that all operations run smoothly and are completed within the prescribed time frame and on budget. The ideal candidate will be organized, analytical, and possess a strong understanding of production procedures. This position requires a proactive approach to managing the fabrication team and optimizing production processes to enhance efficiency and productivity while minimizing waste. The Supervisor will also be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality control standards, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and conducting regular safety audits and training sessions for staff. Additionally, the Supervisor will manage inventory levels and collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth workflow.
