About The Position

Corle Building Systems is an IAS accredited (USA) and CSA-A660 (Canada) certified manufacturer of pre-engineered steel building systems. We design and manufacture rigid frame clear span and multiple span buildings of all sizes. Due to continued growth, we have an immediate need for a Metal Buildings Systems Software Technician.

Requirements

• Basic computer literacy along with knowledge of all Microsoft Office Applications
• Attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Problem solving abilities and a logical thought process
• Good record-keeping skills
• Ability to interpret and follow instructions furnished in written and/or oral form
• Willingness & strong ability to learn
• Must be authorized to work anywhere in the United States
• Ability to quickly learn new concepts and software

Nice To Haves

• Associates Degree in Computer Science or a related area is preferred
• Experience working in a Drafting/Engineering or manufacturing environment is a plus

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and upgrade MBS and associated applications on workstations and the MBS network server as needed
• Maintain our MBS Terminal server that some of our Authorized Builders connect to and run MBS
• Maintain, backup and refine the Metal Building Software system
• Receive and process enhancement requests/trouble calls from Corle staff and Corle Authorized Builders using our MBS Dealer Software, this includes telephone and remote support using GoTo Assist
• Perform troubleshooting to isolate, diagnose and resolve problems and errors as reported
• Provide MBS orientation and training to new employees
• Provide MBS users with technical support
• Keep accurate records of requests received / changes made to the MBS system
• Work with Corle staff to find ways to improve the MBS system
