About The Position
The Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery (MBS) Coordinator is responsible for overall organization of the MBS program and oversees the staff of the MBS program. This position plans, directs, and monitors operations at practice sites to achieve excellence in the delivery of patient. This role is responsible for developing services or programs for revenue enhancement, marketing, and performance improvement efforts, while creating an inspiring and rewarding work environment for staff. The MBS Coordinator performs daily functions of Bariatric patient care. In addition, this position educates patients and staff for appropriate care of Bariatric patients.
