About The Position
2020 Companies has full-time Onboarding Specialist opportunities representing our client, Meta. The Onboarding Specialist is the main point of contact for new hires and is responsible for providing comprehensive support and direction during their onboarding and orientation process. The Onboarding Specialist will facilitate 1-on-1s and group meetings with new hires on a recurring cadence and provide direct reporting of retention and development to each new hire’s leadership team regularly. This position will also demonstrate company culture and values throughout orientation by maintaining positive relationships, demonstrating efficiencies, and open communication.
