As a part-time Meta Experience Expert, you will deliver a premium, white-glove customer journey through immersive, hands-on demonstrations of cutting-edge wearable and mixed‑reality technologies. Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of customer-facing experience in premium retail
- Proven experience in presentation, public speaking, and/or storytelling
- Exemplary interpersonal communication, soft skills, written, verbal and on camera
- Ability to leverage advanced customer service and industry-related experience to engage with consumers
- Must be results and detail-oriented
- Must be extremely tech-savvy and passionate about technology
- Ability to ask effective questions and be an active listener
- High level of initiative and self-motivation with a continued drive to learn
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Able to work well in a team environment
- Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work on time
- Flexible availability including nights & weekends
