Messenger, Central Vault (Part Time)
About The Position
JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for daily collection and transportation of revenue from all drop safes and delivery of change requests to locations throughout USF, IOA, and City Walk. Responsible for daily collection, transportation and replenishment of assigned MIMO Cash Recycler machines. Responsible for resetting and updating MIMO machines. Troubleshoot and assist with any technical issues with the machines. This position interacts with all location managers. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Collects currency and revenue from all drop safes; secures and transports the revenue to the Central Cashier Facility accompanied by Security at all times. Must meet minimum requirements for Messenger Metrics. Transports MIMO cassettes to assigned MIMO machines, resets the machines and transports full cassettes to the Central Cashier Facility. Assist with any technical issues with the MIMO machines Counts and verifies currency and delivers change requests to Food Service and Merchandise locations. Adhere to the internal and dual control policies of UO and meet the minimum average of 2 points or below for over/short matrix points. Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities. Performs other duties as assigned. EDUCATION: High school degree or GED is preferred. EXPERIENCE: 1-3 Years: Preferred courier experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of Cash Recyclers or ATM machines. Cash handling experience preferred. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Background check is mandatory and results must meet Universal Orlando’s criteria.
