The Message Registration Support Analyst supports the Message Registration Support team in registering customer A2P campaigns across messaging channels (Short Code, Toll-free, 10DLC). This entry-level role involves basic data collection, campaign analysis, and report generation to ensure campaigns align with current Bandwidth and industry policies. Analysts engage in a consultative and educational manner, helping customers achieve compliance and successful campaign execution. This position is 2nd shift and hours will be from 11am - 8pm EST (Monday- Friday).
