Responsibilities

Production flow updates.
Use of MSO, WinSCP, WinMerge, etc.
Compile and edit Control Plan submissions.
Submit files to SAP.
Communicate with Engineering/Production/IT staff.
Work with team to complete tasks in a timely manner.
Prepare, compile, and sort documents for data entry.
Check source documents for accuracy.
Verify data and correct where necessary.
Update data.
Combine and rearrange data from source documents where required.
Enter data from source documents into defined computer database, files and forms.
Transcribe information into required electronic format.
Update and submit documents into document management systems or databases.
Communicate with requestors to verify data or obtain additional information.
Check completed work for accuracy.
Work with a team to verify accuracy and make corrections.
Store completed documents in designated locations.
Maintain logs or records of activities and tasks via Service Now platform.
Respond to requests for information and access relevant files.
Comply with data integrity/security policies and maintain class updates.
