About The Position

We are seeking multiple skilled MES Support Engineers to provide comprehensive operational support for Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and associated IT infrastructure across production lines. This role requires hands-on expertise in troubleshooting, system deployment, and asset management to ensure continuous production uptime and seamless integration between MES and manufacturing equipment.

Requirements

  • Proficient in diagnosing and resolving complex hardware issues involving desktops, industrial printers, and barcode scanning systems in high-throughput manufacturing environments.
  • Strong understanding of MES platforms with hands-on experience supporting live production environments and configuring system behavior aligned with operational workflows.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve network-level connectivity and protocol issues affecting MES and related IT systems.
  • Advanced expertise in deploying, configuring, and maintaining Windows-based MES client applications, including registry-level customizations and compatibility management.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in MES support or manufacturing systems support.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across rotating shifts in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Proactive approach to troubleshooting, continuous learning, and continuous system improvement.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL) for querying logs and troubleshooting backend issues.
  • Experience or familiarity with SCADA systems and PLC integrations.
  • Background in machine automation involving sensors, PLCs, and industrial control systems.

Responsibilities

  • Provide real-time operational support for MES applications and IT hardware (desktops, printers, barcode scanners) across rotating production shifts to minimize or eliminate downtime.
  • Support MES application deployments for new manufacturing lines, including testing newly developed features and functionality.
  • Manage MES-related assets by tracking new deployments and replacements, ensuring compliance with IT inventory policies.
  • Maintain detailed documentation such as Process Change Notices, Deviation Requests, and Approval Forms in accordance with company standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth machine integration with MES systems.
