The IM MAKE MES Program is a global business transformation initiative aimed at modernizing and harmonizing batch execution processes into a single Manufacturing Execution System (MES) application standard. This hybrid position, located in Spring House, PA, with alternate locations in Raritan, NJ, and Gent Belgium, supports the standardized deployment of MES across the Advanced Therapies Supply Chain (ATSC) sites as part of the IM MAKE MES Program. The ATSC MES Program Lead is accountable for the deployment of the future state end-to-end MES solution, leading site-based project managers and supported by a global team of Subject Matter Experts in batch record modeling, automation integration, business standardization, and quality. This role is part of the Digital Operations and Technical Services (DOTS) organization, working across all program functions and global teams to ensure smooth implementation, including solution readiness, business readiness, and transition to end-state. The lead is also responsible for project management and governance, serving as a primary conduit to Business Sponsors/Leads across PMO, JJT, and other collaborators to achieve program objectives, manage interdependencies, and mitigate risks. The role includes financial oversight of a $75–$100 million program budget.
