About The Position
The position requires hands-on experience with Pharma MES systems, specifically with a preference for POMSnet Manufacturing Execution System experience. The candidate will be involved in validation testing practices within GxP environments and should have knowledge of control systems operation. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential, along with extensive exposure to the Change Management process. The role involves issue response and management through ticketing systems, ensuring adherence to established processes. The candidate will collaborate with business and end users for ongoing deployments and developments, focusing on eliciting, authoring, reviewing, and improving user stories. Timely escalation and follow-up on any issues affecting project quality is crucial. Building relationships with customers, patients, and end users by addressing service-related questions is also a key responsibility. Additionally, the role includes administering application user creation, user training, compendium building, SOPs, training documentation, production support, troubleshooting, and monitoring. The candidate must be available for on-call support as needed and should maintain a customer-first mindset, being accountable for application support of public-facing customer portals and internal manufacturing applications.
