About The Position

Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of MES MOM Associate Manager in San Francisco, CA, and the job duties are as follows: Participate in the design, development, documentation, and implementation of Electronic Batch Records (EBR) in the Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). Implement MES solutions and integrate with Enterprise Resource Planner (ERP) and control equipment. Document MES configuration and validation of EBRs. Collaborate with business management and users to strategically define needs and design solutions. Develop and sustain client relationships and respond to requests for proposals. Create, revise, and document specification documents, validation protocols, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), executable forms, and other version-controlled documents. Support go-live and hyper-care activities.

Requirements

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT manufacturing industry.
• Must have 4 years of experience in each of the following: Authoring and utilizing in Korber PAS-X solutions in an automated Life Sciences manufacturing environment; Working in a highly regulated manufacturing environment with Good Manufacturing Practice guidelines (CGMP); and Converting Life science industry business processes into electronic batch records.
• Must have 3 years of experience in each of the following: Designing and executing Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) testing scripts; Working with MES author teams in pharmaceuticals manufacturing; Utilizing Software Development Life Cycle and Validation in a Life Sciences manufacturing environment; and Conducting requirements gathering workshops using Korber PAS-X with life science clients.
• Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
