About The Position

The MES Analyst will support and maintain the existing MES Application by prioritizing and analyzing support tickets and issues. The role involves providing support on testing enhancement fixes and hot patches, raising problem reports and change requests for issues that require code changes, and collaborating with other teams such as BI, ERP, and IT to resolve issues that may impact or be impacted by other systems. The analyst will also provide resolutions to users for their tickets and issues, contribute to process improvement activities, and handle MES configurations and HMI simulation. Additionally, the role includes MES to PLC integration testing, testing new MES and PLC functionalities, and PLC to MES OPC configuration, along with providing training to users on MES and PLC.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
• 4 - 15 years of experience in MES.

• Experience with MES systems.
• Knowledge of PLC systems.
