The MERS Administrator is responsible for performing MERS (Mortgage Electronic Registration System) related functions timely and accurately, in accordance with MERS Rules and MERS policy and procedures. As the Administrator, you will also be responsible for monitoring and managing the Transfer of Service (TOS) and Transfer of Beneficiary (TOB) for all acquisitions. The MERS Administrator will perform functions within the MERS system (i.e. registrations, deactivations, TOS, and TOB) timely and accurately, monitor and manage the volume for all acquisitions, and perform TOS and TOB processes, remaining in compliance with MERS rules and regulations. You will actively interact with the Servicing Transfer Management team regarding acquisitions, maintain a responsible, courteous and professional relationship with other MERS members (lenders, servicers, investors, etc.), complete MERS loan identification number (MIN level) research for any escalated MERS related inquiry, review all internal MERS reports, and execute all necessary updates to the MERS system daily. Additionally, you will perform other related duties as required and assigned, demonstrating behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values.
