Requirements

  • Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program
  • Attention to detail a must
  • Must possess strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must

Nice To Haves

  • Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate accounting, finance, or closely related program
  • 1 + years completed toward a degree with at least a 3.0 GPA
  • Must possess strong organizational, problem solving, and communication skills
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills, proficient Excel skills preferred
  • Exposure to data automation and visualization tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, and Microsoft Power Automate or interest in learning them

Responsibilities

  • Offer real-world experience on exciting projects
  • Connect with recent college graduates and our company leaders through mentoring and young professionals programs
  • Perform assignments under the direct supervision of your Department Manager, Section Manager or other professionals
  • Participate in a team environment and develop strong communication skills
  • Support all phases of strategic opportunities from inception through valuation, due diligence, closing and integration.
  • Conduct market and industry research to inform strategic opportunities
  • Assist in preparing materials needed for internal and external meetings and discussions around strategic opportunities
  • Perform special projects to support financial reporting and management decision-making
  • Assist in financial analysis, including valuation support and modeling
  • Organize and analyze data during various phases of the M&A process
  • Support cross functional teams as needed during transaction activity
  • Contribute to the development of tools, processes, templates to help improve the overall M&A process
  • Leveraging question and answer sessions with Accounting and Finance leadership to network and build an understanding of the business
  • Perform other duties as needed
