About The Position

Those in mergers and acquisition tax at PwC will focus on providing tax advice and guidance during mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions. Your work will involve analysing the tax implications of such transactions, developing tax structures, and assisting clients in navigating complex tax regulations to optimise tax outcomes. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member's unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
  • 4 years of experience
  • A Juris Doctorate (JD), Master of Laws (LLM), or Master's degree in Accounting or Taxation field of study can be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
  • CPA, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity
