The Mergers & Acquisitions Strategic Advisory practice within our Financial Institutions Group is seeking an experienced Senior Associate with 3-7 years of relevant experience to join our Troy, Michigan office. This is a small, growing team focused on advising financial institutions and their subsidiaries on mergers and acquisitions. The successful candidate will have an opportunity to be involved in all aspects of the M&A process with the ability to develop and advance within a fast-growing M&A practice.
