About The Position
The Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Advisor will play a crucial role in supporting the Utility Scale Renewables business in the US. This position involves managing the project acquisition process, assessing and formalizing development partnerships, and contributing to the commercial strategy of the US Renewables Development (USRD) business. The advisor will independently lead M&A transactions, coordinate activities, and run workstreams within transactions, ensuring effective collaboration and progress.
