The Mergers & Acquisition Lead will drive North America dealer network quality and performance improvements that impact the Company's revenue and margin through CNH dealer consolidation strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Agricultural Economics, or related field
  • MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and/or business development including finance, capital management, private equity, long range geographical coverage analysis, or property and asset management
  • Successful track record of developing key relationships that impacted business mergers, acquisitions, and distribution expansion
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time
  • Strong Geospatial skills
  • Expert level in Excel and Power BI skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead CNH culture transformation and champion a customer first mentality in everyday work and projects
  • Build and annually evaluate a network plan in coordination with peers and leadership to improve dealer sustainability and brand representation
  • Complete comprehensive state level analysis to aid peers and leadership in choosing targets and consolidators for the CNH dealer network
  • Support and facilitate key dealership mergers and acquisitions as defined by the network plan
  • Work with legal to ensure proper documentation and communication to dealer network regarding network actions and Brand financial assistance
  • Build business cases to support Brand financial assistance and work with Finance and leadership to seek approval
  • Budget, complete payments and track payments made to our dealer network by Network Development
  • Execute Brand strategy to remove commercial sprayer rights from distributors and grant those rights to key dealer partners
  • Work on key initiatives to support CNH strategy and growth opportunity including the Strategic Business Plan and Strategic Deployment Project(s)
  • Identify sources for patient/long term investment capital in coordination with Corporate Development and apply those resources to accelerate dealer network consolidation
  • Provide business and financial modeling for dealers that require improved market representation and brand performance
  • Analyze underserved coverage areas with industry opportunity, identify nearby dealers or non-competitive businesses in those areas to target for expansion, and track progress on setting up those new locations to improve Brand coverage
  • Conduct modeling to find the right measures to ensure the future of our dealer network and help identify dealers that are good partners to CNH
  • Create easy to use and comprehensive dashboards to help peers build network action business cases that are presented to senior management
  • Furnish reporting to leadership to assess competitive circumstances, effective coverage and network trending
  • Produce partial county assignment tracking mechanism to ensure that the network has proper area of responsibility
  • Design advanced maps utilizing the ESRI platform to help peers and leadership visualize data
