The EP M&A Internship Program provides hands-on experience in deal sourcing, business development, and transaction execution. Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a BA/BS program; preference given to rising juniors and seniors
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong client‑service orientation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
  • High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet competing deadlines
  • Professional demeanor and strong sense of accountability

Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Maintaining and updating the CRM, tracking prospect engagement, and preparing outreach materials.
  • Market Research: Identifying potential acquisition targets and compiling prospect lists.
  • Deal Execution: Assisting with due diligence and supporting transactions in later stages.
  • Collaboration: Engaging with team members to understand and participate in deal flow.
