The Merchant Services Solutions Representative at First Hawaiian Bank is responsible for training, educating, and servicing Merchant Services clients to maintain and enhance business relationships. Responsibilities

Requirements

• Associate's degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience in merchant services and/or business services.
• Valid driver's license.
• 1+ years of experience in merchant services, retail sales, or customer service, with familiarity in Point of Sale systems.
• 1+ year of experience in general banking, B2B end user support, call center, customer service, or related experience.
