This is a work-from-home position open to candidates in Arizona, Nevada, Utah, and Texas. As a Merchant Services Representative your main responsibility is to handle all inbound and outbound calls with our Merchants providing them with excellent customer service when they need our assistance in using our financing program for their customers. In addition, a Merchant Services Representative is responsible for all new merchant set-ups, trainings, processing consumer applications and reviewing conditions for funding. We are looking for outgoing and energetic individuals who are willing to go above and beyond to provide exceptional service day in and day out. The position is full-time with Sundays and Thursdays off. Shift is 9:00 AM–6:00 PM PT weekdays and Sat. 8:30 AM-5:00 PM PT. Saturday shift required (at overtime rate of 1.5x base rate). Schedule may be subject to change due to business needs.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Detail oriented and conscientious.
• Ability to work independently in a deadline-oriented environment.
• Must possess a disciplined work ethic, positive attitude and be highly motivated to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Handle all inbound and outbound calls with Merchants.
• Provide excellent customer service to Merchants using the financing program.
• Manage new merchant set-ups and trainings.
• Process consumer applications.
• Review conditions for funding.
