About The Position

About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking an Implementation Consultant in Merchant Services to lead standard implementation projects for both E-Bill Express, Wells Fargo Payment Gateway, and other solutions. In this role, you will: Project manage client-facing, less complex projects for E-Bill Express, Wells Fargo Payment Gateway, and other solutions Apply project management methodology to facilitate implementations, establishing timelines, and tracking ongoing projects to ensure successful delivery for our clients Accurately document the status of projects, risks, and blockers as defined in procedures Provide training to clients and internal parties, as needed Escalate project challenges to leadership, Sales, and other parties, as needed Proactively identify and actively seek feedback and improvement opportunities from internal partners and clients Support strategic and team initiatives

Requirements

• 2+ years of Change Implementation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Nice To Haves

• Effective project management skills
• Stakeholder engagement experience
• Payments experience – issuing, acquiring, network
• Has experience working closely with Sales, Relationship Management, Treasury Management teams
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Payments Professional (CPP)
