About The Position

The Merchandising Support Associate at Bloomingdale's is responsible for managing the merchandise journey from product entry to customer purchase. This role focuses on creating an organized and engaging shopping experience through effective merchandise presentation and support for the selling team. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Execute and complete daily activities including merchandise presentation and non-sell projects accurately.
• Place new product focusing on creative concepts, company directives, and best practices for sizing and presentation.
• Own placement, organization, and maintenance of inventory in stock rooms.
• Handle back-stock items efficiently for customer service and inventory protection.
• Develop and adhere to a system of grouping and organizing merchandise for events and promotions.
• Uphold asset protection standards to support shortage plans.
• Execute markdowns, RTVs, re-ticketing projects, replenishment, and processing damages.
• Work with the selling team to ensure daily replenishment of merchandise.
• Ensure compliance with Bloomingdale's audit and merchandise security standards.
• Achieve fulfillment fill rates and ship on time standards.
