About The Position

The Merchandising Supervisor at Great Lakes Coca-Cola is responsible for overseeing merchandising standards within a designated area, enhancing supply chain efficiencies, and leading a team of merchandisers. This role involves collaboration with sales and delivery staff to improve processes, drive productivity, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction in retail accounts. The supervisor will also focus on training merchandisers in lean management principles and correct merchandising techniques.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of related experience with 0 to 1+ years of supervisory experience, or
• High School Diploma/GED and 6+ years of related experience with 1+ years of supervisory experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old or meet minimum state legal age requirements.
• Must be able to lift products from 25 to 50 pounds regularly.
• Must have reliable automobile transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance coverage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain merchandising standards within a designated geographic area.
• Increase total supply chain efficiencies for suppliers.
• Lead a team of front-line employees to merchandise products to key retail accounts.
• Collaborate with sales and delivery staff to improve processes and drive productivity.
• Utilize lean management principles to train merchandisers on correct merchandising techniques and waste elimination.
• Review and analyze daily route plans and work assignments for proper workload distribution among merchandisers.
• Utilize a software system for tracking and supporting merchandiser services; prioritize assignments to meet sales, delivery, and customer demands.
