Falcon Farms is a leading fresh cut-flower distributor in the United States, operating 10 flower production farms in Colombia and Ecuador, spanning over 700 acres and employing more than 5,000 people. The company maintains commercial and distribution hubs in Miami, Atlanta, Phoenix, Dallas, and Long Beach, serving national wholesale and mass market accounts. With new clients and business prospects, Falcon Farms is aggressively expanding its regional presence in the Texas region. The organization fosters a highly entrepreneurial culture and a flat structure that encourages strong collaboration and calculated risk-taking. Given the agricultural nature of flowers, the role demands high flexibility and the ability to adapt quickly to seasonal variations and production factors, while consistently executing strategy. The Merchandising Supervisor is responsible for managing 5-9 merchandisers across 20 to 30 retail locations within a specific territory. Key duties include training, developing, and evaluating merchandisers to ensure the company's "Picture of Success" is maintained at each serviced retail location. This is a hands-on, mentorship-focused role, requiring a passion for selling flowers and providing excellent customer service. The supervisor must be adaptable to changing business priorities and capable of reallocating resources as needed. Approximately 80% of the supervisor's time will be spent in the field, monitoring merchandiser performance and actively engaging with Falcon Farms' customers' teams.
