About The Position

AZ Southeast Distributors, LLC is seeking a Merchandising Specialist for its Orlando, Florida location. In this role, you will use your own vehicle to aid in the development of sales routes through improved merchandising, better account penetration, and improved availability of products distributed through the system. Requirements

• Proven success in merchandising
• Ability to maintain strategic working relationships with distributors and accounts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail oriented, self-starter, multi-tasker
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt quickly and effortlessly with change
• Solid experience in Merchandising
• Must have a valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

• BS Degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Expand distribution of products in new and existing accounts by performing cooler resets, warm set resets, and by building displays.
• Resetschedules will be provided by the Branch Manager on a daily basis.
• Place POS materials and display racks throughout assigned territories.
• Ensure all pack-outs include accurate and proper pricing.
• Ensure all resets are accompanied with a before and after picture.
• Assume other responsibilities and perform special functions as may be assigned by immediate supervisor.
• Assist in the coordination and set up special events in assigned territories.
• Review and identify competitive activity.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned, as needed or required.
