About The Position

The Wrangler Outdoor and Workwear divisions represent vibrant, high-potential businesses poised for significant growth. This Merchandising Specialist position will support both categories and report directly to the Merchandise Manager. The ideal candidate will demonstrate flexibility and strong organizational skills as they transition between the two business areas. Key responsibilities include generating requests and line specifications for the development of each seasonal product line, while also maintaining carryover lines. Additionally, the specialist will collaborate with the Merchandising Manager throughout the GTM Calendar and Milestone meetings, taking on a variety of tasks and working cross-functionally to help achieve the company’s financial objectives.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of merchandising experience preferred
• Experience with Smart Sheet Tools, Microsoft Suite (Excel and PowerPoint)
• Bachelor's degree in Merchandising; Consumer Apparel and Retail or Equivalent

Responsibilities

• Data Management of Line Plans and Line Assortment Tracker (LAT): Manages input and accuracy of all required product information in respective systems with direct partnerships with Design Teams and KBA partners.
• GTM Milestone Meetings: Attends meetings to help document and track all seasonal and carryover products, as well as ensuring accuracy within tools across Design, Product Development, and KBA.
• Samples: Supports Merch Manager with sample organization and manages sample coordination with cross functional teams including sales, brand and design.
• Product Knowledge: Develop understanding of the product and utilizing that knowledge as it relates to Wrangler Outdoor and Wrangler Workwear categories to begin showcasing product expertise.
• Leadership: Detail Oriented and ability to manage large amounts of data and calendars Strong communication, oral and written Ability to work independently and drive for solutions with cross functional teams
