About The Position

Jeff Wyler Fairfield Auto Mall is "Now Hiring" a Merchandising Specialist! Job Summary The Merchandising Specialist at Jeff Wyler Automotive Family is responsible for presenting vehicle inventory in a compelling, accurate, and brand-consistent manner across digital and in-store platforms. This role plays a key part in driving customer engagement and vehicle sales by ensuring inventory is properly priced, photographed, described, and merchandised according to company and OEM standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in automotive merchandising, digital marketing, inventory, or related field preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written communication skills
• Comfortable working with inventory management systems, CRM tools, and third-party listing platforms
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• Automotive dealership experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain vehicle listings across dealership websites, third-party platforms, and internal systems
• Write accurate, engaging vehicle descriptions that highlight features, trims, and value
• Ensure pricing, incentives, and vehicle data are correct and up to date
• Coordinate and manage vehicle photos and videos to meet branding and quality standards
• Monitor inventory aging and adjust merchandising strategies to support sales goals
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and inventory teams to align promotions and messaging
• Ensure compliance with OEM guidelines and company branding standards
• Analyze listing performance and recommend improvements to increase leads and conversions
• Support seasonal promotions, special offers, and digital marketing campaigns
