The position involves ensuring compliance with store operational requirements, which includes completing invoices, processing returns, receiving and processing replenishment shipments, maintaining store stock and sales literature, conducting inventory checks, and preparing and shipping orders as well as store transfers. The role also requires accurately completing all associated paperwork. The job duties include maintaining and supporting Will Call, stocking the sales floor to enhance the customer experience, organizing the warehouse for ease of locating products, ensuring a clean and safe work environment, assisting in the physical inventory process, and demonstrating exceptional levels of service for both internal and external customers. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
