About The Position

The position involves complying with store operational requirements by ensuring the completion of invoices, processing returns, receiving and processing replenishment shipments, maintaining store stock/sales literature and event displays, conducting inventory checks, preparing and shipping orders as well as store transfers, and accurately completing all associated paperwork. The job duties include maintaining and supporting the Will Call Stock sales floor to enhance the sales experience for customers, organizing the warehouse for ease of locating products, ensuring a clean and safe work environment, assisting in the physical inventory process, and demonstrating exceptional levels of service for both internal and external customers. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

• Previous shipping/receiving/inventory experience
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to twenty-five pounds
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to fifty pounds
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move more than seventy-five pounds (with assistance)
• Self-motivated and able to work independently without close supervision
• Team mentality
• Ability to learn quickly and demonstrated multi-tasking capabilities
• Strong work ethic and high business ethical standards

Nice To Haves

• Previous warehouse or merchandising experience
• Forklift experience
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organization, time-management, and basic math skills
• Previous customer service experience

Responsibilities

• Complete invoices and process returns
• Receive and process replenishment shipments
