The role also involves managing project expenses, payroll, and resolving store-level issues. Key aspects of the position include providing excellent customer service, ensuring merchandise is stocked and displayed according to planograms, maintaining accurate pricing and signage, and overseeing clean and safe store environments. The manager will collaborate with various internal teams and identify opportunities for operational and merchandising improvements, specifically leading teams in merchandising live goods in garden centers and assisting with large third-party labor projects.
